1.Q:  If the plug and voltage fit for my country?

A:You don’t need to worry about this, we are professional manufacturer of appliances things. We can make different plug and voltage base on the order from different country.

 

2.Q: how to do after-sales services?

A:  If there is defective in warranty, please collect them together and send pictures to us, we will offer technical supports and spare parts according to the condition, and to discuss how to bear the cost. If necessary , we will send engineer to service machinery overseas.

 

3.Q:  How long does it take to change the oil inside the frying machine?

A: Usually equiped with oil filter machine, which can filter residues, if color of oil is not black can be continuously used (usually recommend for a month).

 

 

4.Q:  How to proceed if I want to print my own logo?

A:  First, please offer your logo design drawing and the position of the logo, next we will make a sample, then sample picture or send sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go ahead for mass production.

 

5. Q: How long is the frying time? And the best oil temperature for frying is? 
A: About 80 seconds, the suitable oil temperature is about 160 degree.
