Production capacity of the whole line is the smallest capacity of our company, 30,000 bags every eight hours. The investment for this instant noodle product line is only one tenth of that larger size equipment, especially suitable to small-size or self-owned enterprises. The corrugated instant noodle produced by this line is tenacious, smooth and transparent. It is very easy to be saturated by water. If you have an larger enterprise, and the small capacity can not meet your requirement, you can shoose the larger capacity, like 100K, 160K, 200K bags per shift instant noodles processing line for selection.

1. How long does it take to change the oil inside of the frying machine oil?

Oil filter machine can filter residues, color is not black, the oil can be used (usually recommend a month)

2. And if you make a pack of 100 g, can LG-260 also make 30000 package? Or is this the capacity based on the 70 g 30000?

The type 260 is 30000 * 70 g 2 tons an hour, if make it 100 g, an hour is 20000 bales

3. How much boiler can match the LG-260 noodle plant?

1 ton boiler

4. If buy electricity heating frying machine, the price is?

Frying machine is steam heating, the boiler to produce steam by heating tube heating oil

5. How long can the general Fried time? Which oil temperature is the best?
