Step one: Flour mixing. Before using stick noodles processing line, you should check the condition of the machine and make the relevant preparations. Prepare flour, water, salt and other materials to be used. Note that water, dough moisture content of not less than 31%, temperature control at about 30 ℃, mixing for 15 minutes ,but you should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Step two: Aging. Aging the dough with an aging machine to control the dough temperature, moisture, pay attention to the temperature do not have too much difference.
Step three: Pressing. The dough is transported to the noodle machine hopper. The length and thickness of the film should be adjusted according to the actual production demand. Do not put your hands on the roller when you are operating the stick noodles machine.
Step four: Cutting. Dough sheet for cutting molding, pay attention to adjust the use of noodle knife specifications to meet the demand, the common specifications are 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 6.0mm, can also be customized according to customer requirements.
