Seasoning Machine Operation Manual

One, Equipment introduction: 

Drum snacks seasoning machine is a automatic mixing materials dressing equipment, this machine is equipped with automatic dusting function, gradient is adjustable, convenient operation, high output, safety and health, adopts frequency control of motor speed, mixing time is adjustable, uniform mixing materials, automatic discharge. Can be used alone, also can be used with production line. Can food seasoning, mixing materials of different shapes. The whole seasoning machine adopts stainless steel making, reasonable structure, welding, surface light, easy to clean, no noise, seasoning cylinder length, diameter can be customized according to customer needs, suitable for  seasoning, mixing materials of food with different shapes. 

Two, Equipment Application Notice

1. The equipment should be placed on a level surface, wheeled equipment need to open the caster wheel brakes, to prevent equipment sliding. 

2. According to the rated voltage connected power supply equipment. 

3. Duringequipment operation, do not put his hand into his internal equipment. 

4. The equipment after the completion of the work, make sure cut off the power and then unpick and wash machine. 

5. The circuit part cannot wash, it is important to note that when unpick and wash cutting tool parts, avoid scratching arm. 

 

Three, Maintenance items 

1. Every time when cleaning equipment and parts in contact with the food, use dry cloth to wipe dry to install to the machine. 

2. Each quarter, add lubricating oil to devices, bearings, chain, gear transmission parts. 

3. The electric cabinet, should be inspected regularly to ensure a safe, normal work.
