1. 3. Check whether the lubricating oil in the reducer is too small, if too few, appropriately increase the lubricating grease in the reducer.
4. Check whether the commutator is seriously worn. If there is any damage, replace it.
5. Check whether the rotor of the motor is broken or not. Open the brush, measurements of commutator resistance, when between two sets of commutator resistance is large, need to replace the rotor winding rotor, because re in trouble.
