Automatic Plantain Chips Making Machine

1. Banana chips cutting machine
This banana chips cutting machine is mainly used to cut banana to be slice. It is made of Stainless Steel. The cutting slice are uniform.

2. Blanching machihe
For this banana chips blanching machine, it is used to blanch banana chips, thus it can protect the banana chips with color , thus,after frying, the color of banana chips are still very nice. 

3. De-watering machine
After banana chips had been blanched,there will be some water on the surface of banana chips, this machine is mainly used to remove the water . Thus it will be good for next procedure of frying. It is made of Stainless Steel 304. It can discharge material automatically with high efficiency. 

4. Chips frying machine
For this kind of Banana Chips Frying Machine, it is with electric heating type. It also can be made to be gas heating according to clients’ requirement. . It will need to add the burner and the gas pipe in side of machine. It is with automatic feeding and automatic discharge system. Also with stirring function, thus it can make the banana chips can be fried uniform. All made of Stainless steel 304. 

5. Deoiling machine
After the banana chips had been fried, they will be sent to this de-oiling machine to remove the oil on the surface of banana chips. It can connect with fryer machine automatic, thus there will no need conveyor to connect them. It is with automatic feeding and automatic discharge system. The material will discharged from the bottom of this machine.
